The Latin Chamber of Commerce of Broward County Board consist of seventeen (19) duly elected Officers and Directors, and the Chair shall be known as the Chair of the Board. The Officers of the Chamber shall be: the Chair; Chair Elect; Recording Secretary; and Treasurer. The Directors shall be: Corporate Partner Relations; Professional Relations; Business Relations; International Trade and Business; Governmental Affairs; Membership Drive; Fund Drive; Public Relations; and Marketing Director; Past Chair ; Legal Advisor; and four (4) Directors-At-Large.
